There is no Fixed way to approach this effect, but you should get what you need along each step.
Add swap stereo effect to both tracks from the channel rack settings. Also add a delay to track A with a time of one second and reduce the delay volume to about half. 
set the reverb to a medium room size, dry level up then wet level and early reflection below half.
I you are not satisfied, send both tracks to the mixer insert. drag track A(copy) under Track a in the playlist then check if yours satisfied with the sound. add the blur effect with a little amount of between 100 - 300 ms to the track(track A copy) in edison. Put track A in the playlist then copy it in edison. You need two copies of the same audio file to do this in fl studio.
